George Washington came out AGAINST having political parties (absolutely ANY POLITICAL PARTY) in the United States 240+ years ago because he felt that loyalty 2 party should not B put against loyalty 2 country. He felt that most politicians would B more loyal 2 their political party, over the interests of the American people. Unfortunately, the worst version of political parties that George Washington feared, has now been realized in the Democrat Party. The Democrat Party politicians have definitely worked 4 the Democrat Party's interests over the best interests of the American people (close the U.S.'s southern border, stop all illegal immigration, they favor the results of Republican economic policy over the results of Democrat economic policy, etc.)
