Alternative Arts: A New Series It's not a secret that almost all of today's mainstream entertainment is both heavily left leaning and heavily gatekept. In fact, things have become so extreme that many on the left who grew up in this environment claim a weird sort of artistic supremacism. That right wing people CAN'T make art. This is of course, utterly false. Not only have there been major, groundbreaking creators who were brand or another of "right wing" (particularly as the left currently defines it) but there are a plethora of artists on the political right today.
