Whenever you hear that "Only 30% of Americans respect the US Constitution" etc........ Deduct the 30% US born, English speakers..... and the discussion becomes clear.
30% represents the entire English speaking, American born, mainly "white" population......30% remains 100% of the REAL American Population!!
