Rush used to say "They always tell you what they're afraid of." So, the idea that 'Independent State Legislatures' exercising their constitutional authority in federal elections is terrifying?
Wait till they learn about the 'Electors Project' to educate Republican Legislatures (30 of them!) to directly appoint presidential electors after elections as authorized in US Constitution Article II, Section 1, Clause 2.
