So….the new Law and Order mayor of New York Eric Adams has appointed Preston Niback as the Commisioner of the Department of Finance. This is the same Preston Niback who beat his partner in 2014 with a wooden statue until he was bloodied and bludgeoned. Now the best part is the charges were dismissed.
