@cassywearsheels I actually just was going to your link on Twitter and discovered you'd been banned. Pitiful. Just wanted to say hello from Nashville and tell you don't let it slow you down a bit. Be well.
If I may... We've all been taught the old adage "history repeats itself", or better yet, "those who fail to remember the past are doomed to repeat it". Bearing that in mind, allow me to comment on our current situation. When our Founding Fathers set out to create a sustainable, independent, and truly free Constitutional Republic (NOT, mind you, a democracy), we were oftentimes referred to as a "modern day Rome". It's even prevalent in our architecture, statuary, and most certainly in the design of our government. Let's consider this: a modern day Rome is a fantastic idea, full of noble goals, true meaning, altruistic purposes... But we've come to an enpasse. You see, we haven't considered how Rome ENDED. And we're repeating that now. And how did Rome fall?
