Here in Kommiefornia the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in Duncan v Bonta that firearm magazines over 10 rounds are not arms as defined under the text of the 2nd Amendment, thus can be banned. Judge Lawrence Van Dyke instead of writing a blistering dissent did a video dissent instead. His video just shows how absurd the ruling actually is. The 9th Circuit is the most overturned appeals court in the country. It is high time that Congress breaks up this court into smaller jurisdictions. Maybe they can take this up when they try and deal with the rouge judges issue.
