Offset the $2 Billion Wasted by DC Biden Judge Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali
The Supreme Court’s recent decision to allow an activist DC judge, Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali, to spend $2 billion in foreign aid—against the President's objection—is a blatant judicial sabotaging of the President’s core Article II executive powers and dangerous misuse of taxpayer funds.
Ali, a 39-year-old Canadian citizen with radical left-wing ties, has effectively undermined the President’s constitutional authority, as commander-in-chief, over national-security priorities.
This rogue and radical decision paves the way for dangerous misuse of taxpayer money, including funding terrorism or undermining national interests, and places the power of the presidency in jeopardy. Yet, five justices on the Supreme Court allowed this, disregarding the President's rightful authority to ensure that taxpayer dollars are not spent on waste, fraud, or abuse–including funding the murder of Americans by Hamas terrorists. We cannot allow this reckless decision to stand.
The federal judiciary’s 2025 discretionary budget is a staggering $9.5 billion. It’s time for us to step up and demand that the $2 billion wasted by this radical DC Biden judge is offset. We must ensure that every dollar spent by the federal government is in the best interests of the American people, not squandered on agendas that harm our security or finances.
We must recoup this money, and we must uphold the President’s constitutional power to safeguard American taxpayer dollars. Congress must offset the wasted $2 billion from the federal judiciary’s budget and restore accountability to Washington.
