My employer was considering mandating vaccines. During my turn to speak at an all-hands meeting: "I only really have one question. Government has immunity from liability through 'sovereign immunity', meaning you can only sue them when they *allow* you to sue them. The vaccine companies also have immunity from liability, provided by government. So if the worst happens, and say, 5 years down the road we discover some terrible, incurable condition caused by the vaccines, the two *other* parties that are forcing me to take this vaccine have immunity from liability. *turned to boss* What do you have?" They got the point. They will not be mandating vaccines.
