SCOTUS argument was interesting: let’s mandate employees, for the 8 hours they are at work on a given day, do x, y, and z to protect themselves and others. But what about the other 16 hours on that same day? The 3 1/2 hours of argument doesn’t change one simple fact: the virus doesn’t know your employment status, where you work, or what time you work.
