I spent 8 mins OUTSIDE the Capitol- didn't enter & didn't engage in any violence/destruction/theft. I’m serving 3mnths house arrest w ankle monitor, 3yrs probation, $5K fine & $500 restitution(though it’s acknowledged I did no damage). I was convicted of a non-violent Class B misdemeanor-disorderly conduct. I also spent 2days in jail in lockdown & a yr on pre-trial supervision(stricter than probation) This man entered a school through a broken door, poured a flammable substance on the floor & into a trash can & lit 🔥 He was just sentenced to 5 yrs probation & restitution for the damage he caused https://nypost.com/2022/02/05/man...
