Can someone explain to me how its possible that in NYC they are able to discriminate Covid treatment in favor of black, hispanic and indigenous people? What happened to the Hypocratic Oath?

As a pilot CAVU means Ceiling and Visibility are Unlimited. As a Conservative it means Conservative Ameeican Values Upheld. Funny how when Conservative American values are upheld ones ceiling snd visibility is unlimited!
