As with most big events there are many issues factored into one's decisions to go to war. While this may not be an all inclusive list that Putin considered its important to hold our politicians responsible for their decisions: 1. Expansion of NATO for decades. 2. We turned down our energy production and transport capabilities. 3. We lifted sanctions on Russia's Nordstream 2 pipeline (Putin now had a way to bypass Ukr pipelines). 4. Sec Blinken held a mtg w/ Ukr on Nov 10, 21 stating we were open to helping Ukr get into NATO. 5. Biden had our state dept. remove the Houthis (Iran's terrorist tool in Yemen) from the terrorist watch list. When biden went to ask KSA & UAE to incr oil output they wouldn't take his call. Bad policies here impact the world!
