In the past 365 days, we watched the justice system, and the court of public opinion, nail Derek Chauvin with charges non-commensurate to the actual incident. We saw Kim Potter buried with charges way over par for her stupidity and gross negligence. But Michael Byrd is running around doing interviews. Whether you support the j_6 protest or abhor it; you must look beyond to the bigger picture as to how the justice system and ancient predicates are being used to detain and condemn people on the basis of politics and NOT according to the rule of the law. Huge red flags should be flashing *DANGER*, no matter your affiliation right now.
