Sometimes I come across an article that really makes me wonder why we're not focusing harder on treatment rather than failed control. "The FDA recommend to safely discard your disposable N95 and surgical masks by placing it in a plastic bag and put it in the trash. Wash your hands after handling." These masks, including filters for the cloth versions, are made from synthetic plastic fibers, usually none biodegradable polypropylene.
