Tuesday will be off day; light cardio and yoga; diet will be high fats, med protein, low carb. Wednesday is arm/sauna day; high protein, med carb, low fat. Thursday off day; light cardio/yoga; high fat, med protein, low carb Friday is chest/shoulder/back[sauna]; High protein, med fat, low carb. Sat is off day Sunday is light cardio
