Well, well, New Yorker's now know where the leadership stands on election reform Just found out of the 5 propositions to be voted on 11-2 - Proposition 1: Redistricting - This could help NYC with all the people that have moved out ( NO ) Proposition 2: Cleaner environment - have to look into this one ( maybe ) Proposition 3: Same-day voter registration - just as the title says - ( NO ) Proposition 4: “No Excuse” Absentee voting - removing existing limitations on who is eligible for an absentee ballot. ( NO ) Proposition 5: NYC Civil Court - raising the limit what one sue for ( that's NYC, NO )
