Here’s what I’m told on the AZ Senate’s compromise. I’m getting conflicting reports.
At first glance, it seems like a win. However, the Special Master they chose was Maricopa Co. Supervisor Clint Hickman's own lobbyist, former Congressman John Shadegg. Supervisor Hickman, then Cairman of the County Supervisors duringthe 2020 election, received millions of dollars from Facebook to run the election and has been critical of the efforts of the Senate to find answers. The Senate had the authority of the Courts. There was nothing to compromise, yet they did, and appointed someone with a conflict of interest. The public is never going to have trust or faith in whatever comes from this alliance.
