Name: WOODLAND, Maine — A Woodland man is accused of using a drone to drop explosive devices and throwing others, targeting people in the Aroostook County town. Joshua Brydon, 37, was arrested by Maine State Police on Oct. 12 and charged with five counts of arson, one count of attempted arson, six counts of criminal use of explosives, two counts of stalking and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
