Bolsonaro's Former Minister of Justice, Anderson Torres, chose not to answer the questions asked during his interrogation, carried out by the Federal Police, this Wednesday (18). The procedure took place at the 4th Military Police Battalion in Brasília, where he is being held by order of Justice Alexandre de Moraes. The former Minister is accused of alleged omission in relation to January 8 riots because on the date of the incident he occupied the position of Secretary of Justice of the Federal District. While abroad, during a search and seizure at Torres' house, the Police found a draft of a decree, prepared to be signed by former President Bolsonaro, which determined a State of Defense at the Electoral Court aimed at restoring the integrity of the elections.
