Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes toughens penalties for protesters and seizes trucks in the state of Mato Grosso. The Justice ordered the seizure of 177 trucks that would have participated in the protests against the results of the presidential election. The decision also determined the removal of the Mayor of Tapurah, Carlos Alberto Capeletti, for supporting the demonstrations. Moraes also determined fines of R$100,000 (US$19,000) per truck for the respective owners.
