In a letter released last Saturday (26), a large number of high-ranking Veterans and Reserve Military from the Navy, Army and Air Force made statements about the current scenario in Brazil. For them, the country is experiencing an exception regime. The military criticized the Supreme Court, the Brazilian electoral process and asked the commanders of the Armed Forces to take a position on the demands of the demonstrators who protest in front of the barracks. The letter was signed by more than 221 military personnel. Among them, 46 are General officers – the vast majority from the Air Force and the Navy.
