BREAKING: Thanks in part to the incompetence and possible misfeasance of yacht-going NRSC Chairman Rick Scott, Democratic Senate candidates outspent their Republican counterparts $365 million to $195 million in the midterms. The gap left GOP Senate candidates exposed to a flood of Democrat attack ads in the final lap. In Arizona, for instance, Masters was outspent 4 to 1; and in Pennsylvania, Oz was outspent 2 to 1.
