Tonight the president of the United Stated engaged in voter suppression. By repeatedly and relentlessly demonizing and trying to shame 74 million "MAGA" voters as "a danger to democracy," he was not-so-subtly bullying them into sitting at home on November 8 and not going out and voting for Trump-endorsed Republicans. Biden essentially warned all voters that if they join "MAGA Republicans" in voting for such candidates, they'd be "fanning the flames of political violence" and even "destroying American democracy." This is the first time in American history that a president in so many words threatened voters not to vote for his and his party's opponents.
