Pfizer added some interesting language to one of their risks in their latest forward-looking guidance today, which was not there last quarter (I included both for comparison): “the impact of product recalls, withdrawals and other unusual items, including uncertainties related to regulator-directed risk evaluations and assessments, including our ongoing evaluation of our product portfolio for the potential presence or formation of NITROSAMINES” The FDA defines nitrosamines as “potentially cancer-causing substances recently found in some drugs” https://www.fda.gov/consumers/consumer-updates/what-know-and-do-about-possible-nitrosamines-your-medication @EdwardDowd @DrNaomiRWolf
